“This spa is very busy and you often have to wait to use hot tubs. Swim up bars are amazing. Be very careful when in the showers, men walk through the women's area to get to the pools, they got more than they bargained for. when I was in the shower, they are not very enclosed. This needs to be looked at and maybe better signage”

“Tartassari per arrivare un quarto alle 11 perché bisogna prendere i biglietti e passare i controlli. Riusciamo ad arrivare nonostante fosse stato fornito un punto di ritrovo sbagliato. Non troviamo nessuno, chiamamo, e uno che non parla italiano riesce a stento a dire in inglese che siccome il tour inizia alle 11:30, verrà a prenderci un paio di minuti prima. Risultato: 45 minuti di attesa al gelo e pioggia. Per fortuna la guida era un ragazzo liceale volontario affiliato al Parlamento e non a GYG, confidiamo nelle nuove generazioni.”

“Bel posto ma abbastanza costoso. Termale? Acqua calda si, ma non termale a mio avviso. Ho avuto esperienze termali in Italia superiori. La parte Galaxy è un piccolo acquapark coperto e qualche aggiunta. Ti fanno aprire zaini e borse per controllare che tu non abbia cibo portato da fuori. In compenso hanno una buona zona ristorante interna. Bar in piscina (veramente nell'acqua) molto carini. Zona Palm dedicata a chi non ha bambini (non ammessi i minori di 14 anni e chiedono il documento all'ingresso).”

“Chauffeur à l’avance. Départ légèrement en avance donc. Belle voiture bien entretenue et confortable pour nous emmener jusqu’au SPA. Certes, 50€ n’est pas donné mais l’intérieur est très très beau et grand. Seul « bémol », pleins de petits frais sur place (claquettes obligatoire, sinon payer pour en avoir par exemple). Possibilité moyennant supplément de boire un verre dans la piscine, de se faire masser, massage sur lit à eau automatique,…). Chouette parc aquatique compris également ! Bref, chouette expérience bien que onéreuse. Nous ne regrettons pas pour autant car l’eau colorée par les lumières donne un magnifique résultat.”
